We want you to love your SassySotaGirl purchase! If you need to return an eligible item, please review the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-personalized items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with any original tags and packaging

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you, personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your personalized or custom item arrives damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly, please contact us so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. SassySotaGirl is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

SassySotaGirl reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
