Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at sassysotagirl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days minus the original shipping cost.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
